Nib Type/Condition and remarks: Nice flexible 14K number 3 Warranted nib
In excellent condition, Univer was a Sheaffer sub brand from the late 20s or early 30s. the barrel is marked Univer Pen Company New York - Ft Madison IA USA. This pen has the same round ball humped clip and pined lever found in early Balances, the pen has a nice smooth flexible nib. A very petit pen at less than 4 1/2 inches, a cool part of Sheaffer history.
