This vintage Sheaffer Balance with a military clip has a solid gold wide cap band and 14K Lifetime nib. This has been fully restored and has new seals. It is in excellent condition and has terrific barrel transparency. You do not often find a military clip with an autograph band. It is engraved with Eugene O'Connor, and Eugene took very good care of his pen. Finding a vintage pen with this military clip and a wide band like this one is a rare treat.
